Eduardo and building legacies construction are an amazing construction team. They help us out with remodeling two projects from family members. They did a foundation from a new addition and all framing ,drywall paint ,insulation, plus some extras they always go the extra mile in their projects. Also they did a big pergola and concrete patio plus stamp concrete driveway and did a bathroom remodeling from floors toilet, sinks paint lightning. Everything was very professional and on-time. Highly recommend BLC for any project you may have they can do it all.
Eduardo and his team have done several projects for us. We first met him when he was the sub contractor doing our sidewalk and curb root damage replacement and our custom stamped and colored driveway for a local concrete contractor. These projects came out fantastic and have received many compliments on the appearance and quality of the work from neighbors.
We we so pleased with Eduardo and his team’s work that we hired him to install cobblestone borders along the sidewalk and driveway, prepare the front yard area for over 7 tons of river rock to replace dead lawn, and build a redwood box around a median tree that had ugly exposed roots on the surface. They also added capping tiles to the top of a wall surrounding our fountain that the contractor doing that project never finished.
If any problems arose, Eduardo quickly rectified them. All work was done on time and at a good price.
Not only are they good at what they do, they are friendly and easy to work with. After five projects, we are 100% pleased.
